Beautiful images from Breathe magazine evoke calm and mindfulness

Let’s read Breathe magazine for a little – and then take a breath and review it!

Next time you’re looking for a something to pick up and read…and relax while reading it… don’t look further than this magazine!

If there’s one thing that I truly love to do – it’s to put my feet up and indulge in a really good magazine for an hour (or few…) .. and this magazine makes it so easy to do!

When you see a title like this –

Breathe…

Ahhh! Yes, please!

A beautiful quote from says that every day is a beautiful new adventure - what will you do today?

Breathe magazine

A friend of mine introduced me to this fabulous British magazine. It is filled with inspiring articles about general well-being, mindfulness, and so much more… Ever since then I look forward to when a new issue is published!

But here is a bit more from the magazine itself…

“Breathe magazine is the original mindfulness mag for a calmer and more relaxed you. This body-and-soul guide to a happier, healthier life includes 5 sections – wellbeing, living, mindfulness, creativity and escape. The aim of Breathe magazine is to help you “make more time for yourself”. Each issue includes beautiful illustrations, craft projects, and inspiring features such as how to achieve relief from stress, increase resilience and find greater happiness.”

Breathe magazine focuses and features articles covering these four main topics: wellbeing, living, mindfulness, creativity and escape. I always find plenty of useful information and that the articles are packed full of great advice.

The articles in Breathe magazine just inspire me to do life “better” – and the imagery and prints are so pretty! While reading I dream about my next creative project or travel plans… It just simply inspires me to live life more mindfully.

Breathe magazine also has a fabulous “younger sibling” magazine – Teen Breathe. It is a fantastic read for teenagers and covers a range of current topics.

The Teen version

More from Teen Breathe … ☺️

“Here at Teen Breathe, following in the footsteps of our older sibling, Breathe, we believe it forms the basis of a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life. And we’re putting you centre stage. From social media to sport and making friends to making flowers, we’ll have tips, exercises and ideas to help you explore how paying attention to everything you do, being curious and staying positive can bring out the very best of You – a person who’s comfortable and proud in their own skin, is open to ideas and follows their dreams. And when we’re not doing that? Teen Breathe will be in pamper mode – big time.”

(This would make an absolutely fabulous gift for any teenager!!! In fact, I love buying my niece a copy whenever I can find one (they aren’t always easy to find here in sunny South Africa!)

Teen Breathe magazine - inspiring you to be brave and be yourself!
Breathe magazine focuses on wellbeing, mindfulness, creativity and escaping

I often find when reading it that I enjoy it more in small doses – reading one article at a time and giving myself time to really reflect on it. This way the enjoyment I take in reading the magazine is also extended – so it’s a win-win!

You can find Breathe magazines in South Africa at some CNA stores, Exclusive Books, and Woolworths stores – alternatively for international orders you can order it online from the Breathe magazine or Amazon.

So next time you’re standing by the magazine shelf trying to decide what magazine to purchase – try Breathe … and make time for yourself. ☺️
